Shield Media celebrated its 20th anniversary in the Chill on Tuesday, Oct. 8. About 100 students and employees enjoyed food and a nonalcoholic mixed drink bar with specials honoring campus figures such as President Brian Stogner, Coach Garth Pleasant and Alma Gatewood.
Prizes raffled off and won by students included an Amazon EchoDot, $30 RU campus store gift card, and two Kibo Corner gift cards.
Students played games, such as Jackbox video, Water Pong and Twister. Thanks to all who came out to help Shield Media, the independent student media of Rochester University, celebrate its 20th anniversary!
